The 2021 Summer Batch Release single malt from Daftmill was distilled in 2010 and matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. Sweet malty aromas are complemented by notes of vanilla, honey, toasted oak, bitter almonds and crunchy apples throughout the palate.
