Daftmill - 2011 (Single Cask #53/2011) Fortnum & Mason Exclusive

Distilled on the 2nd August 2011 and bottled at cask strength using first fill ex-bourbon barrel #53. This is one of only 194 bottles released exclusively for Fortnum & Mason.

The barley used in this release was grown on the Daftmill farm's 43ac Field and harvested 28th/29th August 2009, before being malted in the summer of 2010. Bottled in 2024.
