Daftmill 2009 13 Year Old UK Exclusive Oloroso Butt SINGLE CASK #26

1st fill Oloroso Butt Single Cask from the wonderful Fife based distillery. For this bottling, Optic barley grown on their south fields was harvested in August 2006, malted in Alloa in the summer of 2007. It was then mashed, fermented and distilled in July of 2009, before being filled in to an Oloroso sherry butt.

Bottled in 2022 at 60.2%, this 13 year old is a UK exclusive. One of 630 bottles.
