Daftmill 15 bottled 2022

This 2022 release which is a marriage of 28 casks from 2006 vintage. It is worth noting, that 2006 was only the second year the distillery was in production. All of the 28 casks were ex-bourbon and the result is the first-ever age statement release from the single farm estate.  

Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2022 at natural cask strength 55% ABV. 

Daftmill Distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery, located in a converted barn at Daftmill Farm in the Howe of Fife. Built in a converted meal mill and using unpeated malt, Daftmill has a maximum production capacity of only 20,000 litres of alcohol per year, making it a very low-volume distillery.
