UK deliveries

Orders placed before 9:30pm ship the same day!

What you see at the checkout will vary based on your order and where it’s going, but you’ll usually see Express delivery (next day unless it’s a bank holiday) in the UK is available on most products if ordered before 9:30pm – if available it will be shown at the checkout, so if it’s not showing as an option it means we can’t get it there tomorrow.

Deliveries outside the UK

Important note about customs charges: If shipping outside of the UK, your order is likely to be subject to Customs duty and taxes as it arrives in the destination country. You will be contacted directly by Customs for this payment. Unfortunately we don’t know how much the charges will be. It’s always best to get in touch with your local customs office or government website for advice before ordering.

Where’s my order?

We are UK-based and all orders originate from our fulfilment centre in Haslingden, Rossendale. We send your order confirmation to the email address given at the checkout, and this should wing its way to you within minutes of the order completion. If you can’t find your email, do double check your junk folder. And do add us to your safe senders list – we promise we’ll never spam you!
